UX Workshops: Writing

Are you a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer, content strategist, [insert your own job title here], and keen to improve your writing and blogging? 

Is your blog a little quiet and deserted?

Are you in desperate need of some encouragement to get typing on that keypad/writing in that notepad?

Then this might just be the event for you.

Martin and Cennydd will give you a gentle kick in the butt and provide you with some insightful advice on how to get writing, keep writing and get better at it. To make sure you don't forget the valuable lessons, their presentations will be followed by a series of hard-working exercises.

Martin will talk about writing good blogposts followed by 40 minutes of writing exercises, Cennydd will discuss how editing can make your writing a lot better followed by 40 minutes of editing exercises.

On the night Mags Hanley and Matthew Solle will also be on hand to give encouragement and any further mentoring required.

Before you decide to sign up make sure you recognise yourself in the following:

1. You don't mind writing something beforehand and coming up with some topics that you are interested in writing about and developing further.

2. You can deal with the pressure of publishing something online in the week after the event.
